    Here may be seen the old Standing Orders of the Penguinean Althing. It's probably far more complicated than what we need in our House of Deputies, but I think we could build a Republican Talossan set of standing orders around this general framework.

    For those of you not up with the old-school Penguinean constitution, the "House of Keys" was our elected Cabinet, more or less.

    I hope that the Standing Orders of the House of Deputies will be less wordy than the Constitution. ;-)
