Martí- Paìr Furxhéir | Here are the steps in the creation of ESTO :
- Writing the first private draft of the charter - DONE
- Official announcement and begining of Sunrise Applications period - DONE
- Private discussion on the charter between select citizens to catch early mistakes - Next 10 days or do
- Public commission on the creation of ESTO - December 15th to January 2006
- Sometime in January 2006 : Official creation of ESTO
- The Empire of Septempontia and the Kingdom of Talossa are invited as members - The day after
- First Secretary General elected - Same day
- All Sunrise applications are voted at the same time - Next days
- First General Assembly to elect executive council - A few days later
So, the next step is private discussion of the charter, and will be followed, in this forum, with a commission on the charter.
3 citizens, Eric, Ugo and I are already in the private discussion phase. I would like Anthony to join us or someone from the UTP to join that phase too.
I will then open the public commission for the members of phase 1, as well as new members interested in ESTO.
Please note it will NOT be an official commission like the constitutional convention, but rather a panel to consel me on how to proceed.
As such, this is NOT an official annoucement from the Government, but just a request of input from the citizens of the Republic.
