You and I have had discussions in the past concerning the citizenship status of so called “dandelions” within the republic. I believe that our disagreement has been more procedural than substantive. If memory serves, you wished to do away with the dandelion status through the census process. I wanted to either end the dandelion status for all children of citizens, or to open it for the children of all citizens.

Since the Talossan census was conducted on March 6, 2006 and the names of the dandelions are still listed on the citizenship page, I am inquiring as to the status of your plan mentioned above.

    Thanks for your question, cxhn. Lixhità. The conduct of the Census is currently in the hands of the Immigration Minister and I await his report on which citizens have failed to respond with interest.
