I am assisting the current Secretary of State as a Secretarial Assistant to help take care of updating the National Registry as needed. The CoD Standing Orders have been updated in the Federal Code. I have also created a page in the National Register that is in standby until the text of the SO is removed from the Federal code.

I am going to address this and this specifically:

The Standing Orders were apart of the Federal Code (previous copy) prior to me taking office as SoS, and they were not put in some random place for people to find.

I found it rather odd, as well, that the Standing Orders were apart of the Federal Code. It would seem rather prudent to remove them from the Federal code by amending the constitution appropriately. Actually, I am rather hesitant to amend them at all as they are apart of the Federal Code, even though that it makes sense that they should not be.
