Ián Anglatzarâ | I believe the vote of confidence in the old Cosâ was forumulated as a question: "Do you want the current government to continue?" or something similar, which indeed required a Yes/No response, and not a For/Against response. (And there was no abstain option - but you could simply refuse to answer it.)
