Just for the historical fun, it were you, I and Txec d. M. who guided the 2nd constitution of Penguinea, the Agreement of the People, to the referendum, and possibly only you and I who implemented the so-called "entrenched legislation" bit in this. I hope we'll never make such a mistake here in Talossa again. (Yes, that's unrelated to your proposal, but it might explain why I've chosen the ultra-liberal side in my new micronational home here).
