Of course. Knock us over our heads if you're feeling bypassed only because the Constitution is excluding the Tuischac'h from the government. You're still 1/5 of the elected Deputies, and thusly a representative of public opinion.

I don't fully understand what you are saying. I guess it is about using a Talossan ID card in countries like the USA or Britain, where the state is not issuing, prescribing and requiring standard ID cards. Over here in Germany (and also in many other continental European countries) a Talossan ID card would never be more than a club ID, whatever we're doing - because drivers' licenses, credit cards and what not don't count and aren't accepted as an proof of identity over here.
So if a Talossan ID card could be made a meaningful document for places like the US of A, please tell us more about the requirements for this.
