    Ián Anglatzarâ    		I think the explanation was we didn't want either Ben's home province or any of the provinces named after fascists, and besides there were no Republicans living in any of those provinces.

    I have suggested joint sovereignty before, and been dismissed. It's a form of territorial control that has been suggested for macronations, and it's one which would be particularly suitable for Talossa.
