Hmmm... High Court injunctions were used to similar effect in the old Kingdom, and I like the idea of opening up this field of juridical endeavour to private enterprise. ;-) If I ever do rewrite the Penalty Box act - since I agree it's not necessary right now - I will include facets of the Clameur de Haro in it.
