Presently there are three citizens with magical admin powers on talossaweb.org (me, Johan, Jeff). It will be up to the incoming government to organize the adminstration of the new board, though, thus we'll never have a crew of aminstrators who get confused about who's entitled to do what, but OTOH some sort of 24/7 maintainance of the forums.

I will try to contact the Prez for coming up with a transition plan during the next, say, 48 hours.

One quick idea: Once we're ready to go, we may ask the SoS or whoever has a contact list of all citizens to inform them by email that the transition has begun, so that they can stake their claims on the new board (check their admission rights and whatnot). We may declare a one- or two-week transition period during which we move all our business to the new board, while keeping the old board as a fallback option. After this transition period, it would be fine if Wittenberg X could be marked readonly. After no further changes can be made to Witt X, I'll ask Andy to backup Witt X and to put the copy in a place that is read-accessible by, at least, all Talossans.

Done.

As well as the creation of a G.S.P. forum.

Regardless any possible transition plan, the Parliament and later the incoming government should commence their business on the new forum.
