This bill addresses one very important issue: people holding the future purse-strings of the Republic being of legal age to enter into legal contracts, agreements, etc.

In coming to terms with the issue of minors in Talossa and how they can best be served while serving the best-interests of the Republic in every way possible, this proposal as it stands right now is a good start and has my full support without need of amendment.

As far as the broader potential legal implications spoken of by Justice Verbotten and myself go, this bill does not do enough to satisfy my concerns. However, I see no need in not supporting what Dp. Schivâ has put on the table so far.
