Miestrā Schivā | The Amendment to the Constitution (National Territory) Bill
BE IT RESOLVED by the Parlamīnt and the people of the Talossan Republic that the Constitution of the Republic, I.I.3, be amended in its entireity to read as follows:
a. The territory of the Republic of Talossa consists of the historically Talossan provinces known as Cézembre, Florenciā, Maricopa, and Maritiimi-Maxhestic. Parlamīnt may legislate to determine the precise boundaries of the National Territory, and of the units of local government within such territory.
b. Further territory may be added to the national territory by act of Parlamīnt, subject to approval by referendum. Any bill to add to the national territory shall specify the precise physical boundaries of any such territory.
