    Dieter N Vercáriâ    		I know you don't like endless debates, but let's have a verbose look at the following alternative version:

    a. The territory of the Republic of Talossa consists of the historically Talossan provinces. Parlamînt may legislate to determine the precise boundaries of the National Territory, and of the units of local government within such territory.

    b. Further territory may be added to the national territory by act of Parlamînt, subject to approval by referendum. Any bill to add to the national territory shall specify the precise physical boundaries of any such territory.


    Just for doing this out in the open, and for not missing an option that might possibly do us some good.

    Dieter N Vercáriâ    		BE IT RESOLVED by the Parlamînt and the people of the Talossan Republic that the Constitution of the Republic, I.I.3, be amended in its entirety to read as follows:

    a. The historic territory of the Talossan nation consists of the land south of Edgewood Avenue, east and north of the Milwaukee River, and west of the Talossan Sea, as well as l'Île Cézembre / Enez Kezember.

    b. In this constitution, "the national territory" shall be taken to mean the jurisdiction of the Talossan Republic, which will be set by act of Parlamînt, subject to approval by referendum. Any such Act shall specify the precise physical boundaries of the territory in question.
