Dermot | 1. This act shall replace Federal Code V.4.1 in its entirety, and repeals Federal Code VI.1 in its entirety, effective from its date of passage.
2. The Government of the Republic may acquire domain names on behalf of the Republic, subject to the approval of Parlimīnt.
3. The Government of the Republic may enter into an agreement with a webspace hosting provider for the official website of the Republic, subject to approval by Parlimīnt.
4. Any domain names and website hosting acquired under sections 2 and 3 of this Act shall be known as the National Webspace.
5. The Government of the Republic may establish an incorporated entity in a juridstiction outside of the Republic of Talossa to act as the legal registrant and owner of the National Webspace, subject to approval by Parlimīnt of its name, organization and legal structure.
6. The Government may organise a public collection of funds to finance the acquisition of the services mentioned in sections 2, 3, and 4, subject to approval by Parlimīnt.
7. The Government of the Republic may nominate a citizen or citizens as designated administrators of the National Webspace. These administrators shall be responsible for the maintenance and design of the National Webspace subject to the policies agreed by the Government and legislation.
