    My opinion hasn't changed ever since the "(1)RC9 debacle" - as long as citizens aren't physically living in the Provinces of Talossa, they migth feel free to chose an attachment to any province of their heart, if only a majority in the CoD gave way to an according amendment of the Constitution.
