I for one stick to my opinion that provincial affairs should be exclusively left to the decision of the citizens of the provinces (i.e., we still need to amend our Constitution accordingly), which would be a reason to vote 6RC4 down, based on my opinion that the federal government must not meddle in this; but I can also see that empty provinces aren't good advertisement, and that there has been some sort of a grassroot movement in Maricopa and elsewhere. As I'm undecided, and as I think that the issue isn't absolutely crucial for the well-being of our Republic, I choose to abstain in this issue.
