    I do commend Miestra on all of her work at getting Florencia all riled up. =)

    I am only opposing this bill for the reasons that it does not go far enough.
    I am greatly support Provicial Reform and I want to challenge her to finish the job and find a better way to organize our provinces. We really need it.

    We need a more robust law in effect.
