Thanks for the suggestion. I will first reiterate that I fully support this document with one little exception.
My preference is to pass it as a resolution and not as legistation. I do not think we should have to change a law because we have changed our stance on Public Relations with the Kingdom. Laws are for determining processes and outcomes, and not specifying attitudes or stances. Resolutions are for that.
I request that:
8. To reinforce the consent of the Talossan nation as a whole to these principles, this Act will only come into force on its approval in referendum, by the means prescribed by law.
be either stricken, or reformed as I mentioned earlier to:
