Estimat Túischac'h, what does this mean? What does it mean for an amendment to be "satisfied"?
No-one seems to have actually submitted any actual amendments. Therefore, surely the bill should go to Final Vote as planned.

I formally proposed an amendement and nothing was done to satisfiy it.
The Standing Orders are not specific as to what should be done in te case that an Amendment cannot be satisfied.
I am more than happy to extend the Proposal Phase to make sure that this gets resolved and the Proposal moves on.
