James O'Neill		Right, there is not Dead in Water status, but I had to call it something.
I formally proposed an amendement and nothing was done to satisfiy it.

The Standing Orders are not specific as to what should be done in te case that an Amendment cannot be satisfied.

I am more than happy to extend the Proposal Phase to make sure that this gets resolved and the Proposal moves on.
