    Gödafrďeu Válcadác’h    		The needs of the government will be changing constantly with population size, the number of people who would be willing to be a part of the Talossan civil service, etc., etc. To try to codify these things into law (as I tried to do in the Kingdom with a bunch of PDs Ben should have vetoed at once) is very well-intentioned, but ultimately a burden on our legal system to have to change the law with every new ministerial idea the PM comes up with.

    It's great to have job descriptions, but let's let them be as flexible as they can be so that they can change on a dime. :-)
