. To vote on this bill, please visit : http://www.talossaonline.com/database/deputyvote.phpBE IT ENACTED by the Chamber of Deputies in Parlamīnt assembled, and approved by the people of the Republic in referendum, THAT the Constitution of the Republic be amended as follows:
1. That a new section be added to the Constitution of the Republic, to be inserted after Title I, Article 2, Section 4:

Those entitled and eligible to hold any office authorised by the Constitution and Laws of the Republic, and to vote in any elections and referendums authorised by the Constitution and Laws of the Republic (hereafter known as "the electors of Talossa") shall be all those citizens of the Republic of fourteen full calendar years of age or older.
2. That Section II.1.2 of the Constitution be amended to read:
The President is chosen by all Talossan electors, by universal, direct, free, equal and secret preferential ballot. Details of the conduct of such elections shall be established by law.
3. That Section II.2.6 of the Constitution be amended to read:
The Chamber of Deputies shall be elected by all electors voting as a single electorate, by a method of proportional representation.
4. That Section II.2.8 of the Constitution be amended to read:
Any elector of the Republic not otherwise disqualified by this Constitution can be elected to the Chamber of Deputies.
5. That Section II.2.10 of the Constitution be amended to read:
The Senäts shall consist of representatives of the various Provinces, with each Province electing an equal number of Senators. Only a Province with seven or more electors shall elect Senators.
6. That the first sentence of Section II.2.14 of the Constitution be deleted, leaving that section to read in its entirety:
All Parlamīnt elections shall be universal, direct, free, equal and secret, and the details of their conduct shall be established by law.
7. That Section II.3.3 of the Constitution be amended to read:
Subject to the Standing Orders of the Chamber of Deputies, any elector of the Republic not otherwise disqualified by this Constitution may be chosen as Seneschįl.
