the Constitution of the Republic be amended as follows:
1. Sections II.1.3 of the Constitution be amended to read as follows:
Every Talossan who has fulfilled one or more of the following criteria is eligible for election as President of the Republic:
a) He or she must have been a Talossan citizen for a total of at least three years, or:
b) He or she must have served as a Member of either house of Parlamînt for a total of at least two years, or:
c) He or she must have served for a total of at least one year as any of the following: Seneschál, a Minister, Secretary of State, Mençei, Túischac'h or Justice of the High Court.
2. Section II.2.12 of the Constitution be amended to read:
The qualifications of Senators shall be the same as those required of Deputies, in addition to the fulfilment of one of the following additional qualifications:
a) He or she must have been a Talossan citizen for a total of at least two years, or:
b) He or she must have served as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies for a total of at least one year, or:
c) He or she must have served for a total of at least six months as any of the following: Seneschál, a Minister, Secretary of State, Túischac'h or Justice of the High Court.
3. Section II.3.2 of the Constitution be amended to read as follows:
The Government consists of the President, a Prime Minister (in the national language, el Seneschál) and a number of Ministers. The Seneschál and these Ministers together shall be known as the Cabinet. The Seneschál may also name Ministers outside Cabinet, who are not part of the Government but exercise delegated authority from the Government.
