.BE IT ENACTED by the Chamber of Deputies in Parlamīnt assembled, and approved by the people of the Republic in referendum, THAT
section II.2.12 of the Constitution of the Republic be amended by the addition of the following sentence:
In addition, any candidate for Senator from a Province must be a resident of that Province.

Please remember that the correct title of this bill is The Seventh Amendment to the Constitution (Qualifications of Senators (Residence)) Bill. Which makes the title of the bill almost longer than the amendment itself. Hey-ho. |
