    RC12: The Seventh Amendment to the Constitution (Ministers Outside Cabinet) Bill

    BE IT ENACTED by the Chamber of Deputies in Parlamīnt assembled, and approved by the people of the Republic in referendum, THAT

    section II.2.12 of the Constitution of the Republic be amended by the addition of the following sentence:



    In addition, any candidate for Senator from a Province must be a resident of that Province.
