    I will get the Census going as soon as the current referendums are over. I hope this is okay with the rest of the Government.

    One thing that does bother me is the idea that legislation should be discussed by the Cabinet before going to the Chamber. Considering that four out of five us or are in the Government and the fifth is kind of on our side, this will make the Chamber an empty farce like one of those old Eastern Bloc "People's Assemblies".
