Not necessarily-a Deputy that isn't happy with the governments priorities can still introduce their own legislation. All I'm saying is that weshould really work together, and get things right. Do we really need legislation for the seal and the flags etc? Lets just get an idea of what we want them to look like and cost them, and take care of it in a Finance Bill.
