Tomorrow went by several times, while this forum here had been deep-frozen. In the mean time I got an email from Andy on the status of talossaweb.org which reads:
"If the government ever wants to move the site to another domain, I'll happily supply the database for it. Likewise, should the government wish to own the talossaweb domain, it's theirs for the asking.
