So we'd have two sets of people telling us we're not the real Talossa? Big deal. I think this news will be of more concern to the subjects of King John, who make big play of the idea of a legitimate constitutional monarchy to hold the loyalty of their citizens, and might find themselves faced with the equivalent of a Jacobite uprising.

Is the King of Zarahemla referring to the following piece of prose:
In renouncing his citizenship, Brook Pànetâ, citizen since 1985, said that “It would be a happier world if there were still a Talossa the way it used to be.” In that spirit, members of the Émigré Community took with them everything of historic significance to Talossa: its 10,000 page national archives, the Speaker’s Bell, all the issues of Støtanneu, the country’s incorporation in the State of Wisconsin,the country’s original flag,its video history, its language database, the official stamp and seal, the trademark on the name “Talossa”, the 1,600-year-old Byzantine coin, its medals and bumperstickers, and even the “Romanian Train Conductor’s Hat” that King Robert
first donned in 1979. Talossans and their friends can take some solace in knowing that if anyone really wants to put Talossa back together, all the pieces are safe in storage, waiting for the dawn. To this day, a toast rings out over tables the world around: “Next year in Abbavilla!”

According to what King Spence had told me, it wasn't from a particular line in Ar Pats, but instead from a current Zarhemlan citizens of Talossan extraction who is also personally acquainted with Mr. Madison.
From what I was told, he takes a hot and cold approach, where some days he is ready to plant the new flag and others doesn't care.

Yes, he is... the more I read the streamlined slander in Ár Päts, the more I began to feel guilty for joining a bunch of crypto-thugs. I wonder what his main piece of prose does to unbiased readers who never heard about Talossa before.

Oh, they believe it all. When I was fresh to Talossa, I assumed that Ar Päts was the gospel truth. Why shouldn't I have? Witty, interesting and well-written. That's why we all felt so betrayed when we started to discover the cracks in the mural and that Ben had lied to us.
