I know that, according to the email discussion we've been having, the consensus is that trappings of nationhood are quite low down the priority scale. However, I'm twiddling my thumbs on the Census under the current referendums are done, and I want to at least start thinking about this stuff.
So: shall I repost the 5-point Trappings plan I presented by email here, for us to have a good chinwag over?
