Dear fellow Citizens,
it's my pleasure to nominate JAY SHORTEN for the vacant position of the Secretary of State of Republic of Talossa, following Const II,1.9d.
I'd like to direct the attention of the Members of Parliament to Const II,3.14 for further steps of the procedure.
Furthermore, I'd like to ask the outgoing SoS to update all registers of law, before the office is turned over to his successor.
