from one Talossan head of the state to the other Talossan head of the state, I like to send you my heartfelt congratulations for having been elected the King of your part of our great Nation of Talossa.
I wish you all the best for your regency. May yours be the luck and the wisdom and the patience that it takes to carry the lifelong, noble burden of a crown. Long may you live.
Like you I hope that all Talossans all over the world will find ways to cooperate and to live together in tolerance, mutual respect, fellowship and friendship, whatever their individual approach to Talossanity may be.
