The Chamber of Deputies, having passed the following bill for an amendment of the laws of the Republic, requests that you communicate your assent for this to be promulgated as law

BE IT ENACTED by the Parlamînt of the Talossan Republic that:
Federal Code VI.1.1 Finance (Webspace Nationalization) Act
Pursuant to Federal Code V.4.5, the total amount of revenue to be collected shall be no greater than US$89.90 (EIGHTY-NINE UNITED STATES DOLLARS AND NINETY CENTS), comprised of the following: Costs of transfer of domain registration with OnlineNIC, domain name registrar-US$ 89.90 (EIGHTY-NINE US DOLLARS AND NINETY CENTS)
shall be amended to read
Pursuant to Federal Code V.4.5, the total amount of revenue to be collected shall be no greater than US$89.90 (EIGHTY-NINE UNITED STATES DOLLARS AND NINETY CENTS), comprised of the following: Costs of transfer of domain registration-US$ 89.90 (EIGHTY-NINE US DOLLARS AND NINETY CENTS). The registration provider shall be contracted by the Ministry of Technology on behalf of the Republic, subject to the written approval of the Minister of Finance.
