Maybe it's the browser or the forum software that screws up the font. Does it look better if it is displayed in its true size? Would an averagely good printer correct the problem with the font?

It's fine enough for the web, but it looks like something written in Photoshop or Paintshop and then converted to a lossy JPEG. It doesn't have the crisp 100% sharp printing quality look that the front side has. A printer would need TIFF or another lossless format anyway.

May I humbly ask: what do you suggest, Mr. President? Which steps should we perform now to come closer to the day on which our government will hand the ID cards out to the citizens of the Republic of Talossa? Do you really believe that 100% printing perfection is more important than action, in our little world where probably no-one commands over a professional high definition printing device?

Sorry. I thought it was obvious what I suggested: That we take the design, which I had already given my approval of and simply turn it into a better image file. Since we'd be XO'ing the actual images and not the design, it's important to get not just the design but also the implementation right.
I think the latest picture looks much better. Do something to make the colour of the enclosed area in the e's the same as the surrounding green and we're there.
