Executive Order

National Security Council
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution of the Republic of Talossa and the laws of the Republic of Talossa, with all my powers and stuff,
I, CHIRISCHTÔVAL CURT CAVÉIR, President of the Republic of Talossa, hereby announce:
Section 1. In order to assure the safety and security of the Republic, a task I take on with grave responsibility, I hereby convene a National Security Council, the first of any officially-elected federal government of the Republic.
Section 2. I hereby name as my National Security Advisor Michael Pope, who I am calling on to head this Council. I hereby also name the following to the Council, for I value their trust and advice, Miestrâ Schivâ and Jonathan Kelley. I trust that these three individuals can best carry out the task of protecting the Republic from specific threats from outside the Republic at this time.
Section 3. This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the Republic of Talossa, its departments, agencies, instrumentalities, or entities, its officers or employees, or any other person, except as specifically outlined here and within Republic law.
Section 4. (a) This order is effective at 17:00 Talossan standard time on 6 June 2005 (050606.1700).
(b) This order shall be transmitted to the Parlamînt and published in the National Register.
