Firstly, thank you for the explanation of the proposals already on the table-it is heartening to see that atleast some progress has been made, even if the originator is not active any more. Is it possible that for the sake of ignoramuses (ignorami?) like myself that we could have a place where we could find all this information about *how* letters are pronounced in Ladintsch in one place? Perhaps a handy pdf we can download. If/when talossan-language.com becomes available for update we can then add it there. When I figured out how letters were pronounced in French it helped my grasp of the language considerably.
> I heartily approve of these orthographic reforms - in principle, and only if they're accepted by the whole comunitą Ladīntsch. The question that has to be solved on language policy is: is el glhež for use or for show? Do we want a demented pretty-looking language or one that's usable for communication? I say the latter. I also call for the Ladīntschen to resist with all their heart and soul any efforts to dialectise the language for aesthetic reasons.

By "the whole comunitą Ladīntsch" do you mean a reasonable consensus among those proficient, or an official edict from the authorities on both sides of the Vuode Line? Put it another way, do you see a time where there would be an official policy on the subject rather than an open-ended discussion requiring unanimity from all language intellectuals?
