estimates mîmbreux dal Icastolâ, hereby, as a minister of culture, and thus contemporary head of L'Icastola, I call for the General Meeting of all Republic citizens interested in the Talossan
language to capitalise the self-governing nature of L'Icastolâ by means of choosing its head, independent on governmental executive.
