pro primo, as there is no official list of L'Icastola members, i have been expected as by summoning of CoD, people will come to say: halli hallo, here i am, paying attention! to at least know who these mysterious members are.
pro secundo, General Meeting is the organ of L'Icastola, which governs it. it is summoned to elect its head, as it is explicitelly written in the message body. i am head only, let say, preliminarly, since the self-governing nature of L'icastola has not been fulfilled yet. cultmini should not be head of it, but independent person.
if that was missing in my original message, i apologise, but you have at least asked while no one else did...
