Yes, Wikipedia has recently started a drive to be RESPECTABLE, only including exactly the kind of stuff that would go in a normal printed encyclopedia. They no longer complement ordinary encyclopedias, they now want to compete with them by duplicating what they do.
I'd say let's lose no sleep over it. Wikipedia is on the path of making themselves insignificant, and that's no bother of ours.

I know Wikipedia has its faults, but I don't think we should be cavalier about losing exposure there. Wikipedia as a whole gets a lot of traffic, and who knows who might come our way because of this article some day.

That the link gave a 404 and searching for Talossan language in Wikipedia returned no results. But apparantly it has been restored.

You are entirely free to do as you wish, but as much as I have come to distrust Wikipedia, I agree with them that it should be a source of information and not a promotional tool for us. I am biased, I will stay away from Talossa-related articles on Wikipedia.
