Firstly, s:reu Ministreu, I am extremely busy and I don't have time to sift through constitutional arcana at the moment. Secondly, I don't see the point of working on a constitution until there is actually joint language activity going on. I am not sure the Kingdom Ladîntsch are actually interested in including us in their projects - for example, in working on the Teach Yourself material. If they are, s:reu Asmoûr should post here with details about how the ladîntschen republicáes can help. If they aren't, the constitution doesn't matter.
Heed the words of the Seneschál: constitutional tinkering is taking up valuable time and energy that could be spent on real, concrete projects.
