Miestrâ Schivâ		I do. So what I'm gathering is that you want the subjunctive to have the same form as the current conditional? That would be an elegant solution, quite in line with what modern French does with the "conditional of reportage": Selon le gouvernateur dàl Már, les Florenciens auraient perdu leur droit porter des pantalons. (According to Gubner Txec, Florencians have lost their right to wear pants.)

But - I dunno... part of me would like to actually reconstruct a Talossan subjunctive mood from first principles. (Part of me would even like to bring back the first personal plural forms such as stámeux or votármeux, but that's another discussion.)

For instance

Ojala que ella sea bonita (sea is the subjunctive) - I hope that she is pretty.

Also:

Quiero quedar en caso de que él venga (venga is the subjunctive) - I want to stay in case he comes.


Yes, this would just be an add on to the current "conditional tense."

I think it's a perfectly legit proposal, considering that el glhetg is Romance, and this particular part of el glhetg is totally unromance, as Ben says himself.
